"Packaging was just okay"
My order showed up fine, so no big issue there, but the packaging could’ve been better honestly. The box was kinda crushed on one side, and there wasn’t a whole lot of padding inside. Nothing was broken, which is good, but it didn’t feel that secure either. Not awful or anything, just average overall

"Solid selection, but I wish there were more choices"
I had a decent experience with Steele Industries overall. The site was easy to browse, and I did find a few things I liked, which I appreciated. That said, I was hoping for a little more variety in a couple of categories, especially when you’re taking the time to shop and compare options. It’s not a bad place by any means, and they seem to be doing alright, but it would be nice to see a broader selection so customers can find what they need without having to look elsewhere.

"Return was fine, but the timing messed up my plans"
I ordered from steeleindustries.com and ended up having to send one item back because it just didn’t fit right. Kind of annoying because I had bought it for something specific, and once it didn’t work out, my plans were basically shot.

Starting the return was easy enough, but after that the updates were slow. I had to reach out myself just to find out if they had even received my package. Customer service did answer, but it wasn’t exactly quick, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

The refund did come through eventually, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish the return tracking and timing had been clearer, especially when I was already dealing with ruined plans. Overall, not bad, but not great either.

"Warranty team really came through"
I had an issue with my part and reached out to the warranty team. They got back to me within a couple of days, which gave me a lot more confidence that things were being handled. The replacement did take a little longer than I hoped, but they stayed on it and got everything sorted out in the end. Overall, I felt like they stood behind their product

The financing option was okay overall and did help me spread out the cost, which I appreciated. That said, I had to click around more than I expected just to figure out the terms, which felt kind of unnecessary. I just wish the fees and payment timing had been clearer upfront.

"Pretty Good Range of Payment Options"
Overall, I thought the payment choices were decent. There were enough options available that it didn’t feel like I was stuck with just one way to pay, which I always appreciate. "Shipping cost felt a bit high"
I ordered a couple of small parts from Steele Industries, the site was easy to use, like, nothing confusing or annoying really. The prices on the actual items seemed fair enough too, but then once I got to checkout, the shipping cost kind of caught me off guard a bit.

To be fair, everything showed up fine and was packed okay, so I can’t really complain about that part. I just wish there was, you know, a cheaper shipping option for smaller orders, because the extra cost made the whole deal feel a little less worth it.

"Lead time was actually accurate"
I ordered some parts and, i was expecting to have to follow up with customer service because I usually don't trust companies to give straight answers once there's a delay. But the lead time they listed ended up being pretty much spot on. I didn't have to chase anyone or guess what was going on — the order just showed up when they said it would.
